With our license, you can use all of our content/photos perpetually, or forever if you like, and for unlimited projects.

The license becomes effective when you purchase a membership on stocktella.com and is effective until the day you decide to cancel your membership.

Note! You cannot use our photos without an active membership on stocktella.com.

You can send us requests for specific photos and motifs you need for your projects. We will do our best to meet your request, presuming it is legal and possible to photograph. Response to your photo requests, with details on the availability of the requested photos, will always be available. Eventually, requested photos will be made available to all stocktella.com members.

As of now, we are located in Moss, Norway. We can travel about 3-4 hours by car from Moss and shoot whatever is available for us to photograph. From time to time, we move around to different locations and photograph various assets, devices, people, or props that may interest us. As our member, you will be notified of what we are up to via our newsletter and social media, and you can request photos accordingly.

Besides using our photos as a Photoshopper or digital artist to make whatever you want, you can also:

• Use our photos with unlimited web views on your business websites, blogs, social media, and adverts.
• Add your branding, logo, and text to our photos and reproduce these new designs in brochures, flyers and adverts to promote your business.
• Print our photos with unlimited print run volume in your documents, magazines, packaging, and promotional materials.

We do have some common-sense rules for you to follow.

You may not:

• Share your Stocktella account with any other person.
• Claim that our elements are your own work.
• Use our elements for prints, NFTs, or any other merchandise “as is”.  I.e., you cannot print a photo directly on paper, a t-shirt, a cup, or any other media or merchandise and claim it as your creative work.
• Republish material from stocktella.com. You may not make available some or all of the elements on a web page or other display as a separate or downloadable reusable file or disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or otherwise decode the elements for any reason whatsoever.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license the elements from stocktella.com.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from stocktella.com.
• Redistribute content from stocktella.com.

The elements we offer on stocktella.com may not:

• Be sold as stand-alone elements, prints, files, or included in any other media/stock product, library, template, or collection for re-distribution or re-sale.
• Be used, in part or whole, as a trademark or service mark, nor may you claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the elements or any part thereof.
• Be used without an active membership on stocktella.com.
• Be used in a pornographic, defamatory, obscene, racist or unlawful manner, or violate any applicable regulations.
• Be downloaded in a way that suggests in our reasonable discretion that you are attempting to stockpile, mirror or copy the content.
• Be obtained using automated tools to scrape and download photos or other content on stocktella.com.

You may not print Stocktella photos without adding artistic value to make it your own work or design.

Our license restricts Stocktella content from being used for any type of re-sale.

If your work using our photos was done while you were a member, you and your client are in the clear.

If you unsubscribe, you can no longer use our photos. However, any existing uses are still covered.

You can create as much work as you like on behalf of clients, but you must only share your final work – not our standalone photos.

If your client requires our standalone photo(s), a stocktella.com membership must be purchased for themselves.

As of now, we have no plans to make company or team accounts available. If you are a company or team with several employees, please purchase one membership per employee or user.

No. Stocktella owns, and always will own, the actual copyright to all photos on stocktella.com.

You can use our photos if you add considerable artistic value to make it your own original design.

Exclusive-licensed photos are not within the scope of what stocktella.com offers. However, we may do a case-by-case evaluation upon specific requests. Note that the pricing and licensing information for stocktella.com in such cases will not apply.

At the moment, we do not accept any contributors. However, we plan this as a future option.
